• Our Team
  • Tax well solved

Darryl is the kind of guy that instinctively becomes all business when he is faced with a legal tax issue. His focused, methodical, rational work method yields optimum solutions for his clients.  Yet, the flip side of this allbusiness coin is a genuine desire to personally connect with and delight clients.

Clients looking for tax leadership that is anything-but-routine will enjoy the breath of fresh air Darryl brings to their situation. He looks at every case for its unique opportunity and solution and is not satisfied until he knows he has found his client’s unique sweet spot of a tax structure.

Darryl’s sweet spot? Guiding owner-managed businesses through their life cycle, designing structures suitable to each stage of business. Luckily, he is also an avid athlete, so he has the stamina to go the distance with clients.
