On Monday, January 18, 2016, and Tuesday, January 19, 2016, Moodys Gartner will be leading seminars for CPA Alberta Professional Development.

These half-day seminars will focus on the many tax issues that arise – both compliance and planning-related – when shutting down a corporation. They will primarily focus on private companies.

Attendees will broaden their understanding of tax compliance requirements, tax traps, and tax planning opportunities that arise when shutting down corporations. Common traps and planning opportunities are discussed.
